This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your Personal Information (as that term is defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (as amended) (POPIA) when you use the App, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the App).

In order to for you to use the App effectively, we need to have access to and use some of your Personal Information. This privacy policy sets out the way in which we use and store Personal Information about you that we receive from you and that we legally collect about you. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from your parent or guardian before you use the App or before you give us any of your Personal Information.
MKT collects, uses and, in some circumstances, shares your Personal Information in and through the App.
We respect your rights and the rights of all of our users whose Personal Information we collect and use, including your right to protection against the unlawful collection, retention, sharing and use of such Personal Information.

Personal Data This includes personally identifiable information, such as your name, delivery / residential address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the App and/or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the App, such as our Feed, chat and message boards. You are under no obligation to provide us with Personal Information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from being able to use the App, and/or certain features of the App.
Derivative Data Personal Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, your likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other Personal Information you choose to provide.
Financial Data Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange products with a Store, or request information about our services from the App. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment Processor Paystack, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Mobile Device Data Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device.
Third-Party Data Information from third parties, such as Personal Information of network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant App permission to access this information.
